The Snugpak Softie Elite 1 is a 1 season mummy-style sleeping bag that features a flexible expander panel system allowing you to control the temperature to your liking.
As with all bags in the Softie Elite range, the Expander Panel System allows you to unzip a large baffle zip giving you more space inside, allowing air to circulate and lowering the temperature inside the bag.
This is especially useful if temperatures are warmer than expected or if you would like to use the bag to relax in without being too warm. Overnight you can zip the baffle back up and regain the full protection of the Elite 1.
Snugpak uses unique technical fabrics in the Elite 1 allowing the bag to be lightweight (1kg) but still provide adequate protection.
The Paratex inner and outer fabrics are both windproof and water-repellent and can wick moisture away from inside the bag keeping you comfortable in warmer temperatures, whilst the exclusive Sofite® insulation and Reflectatherm are perfect for retaining heat inside the bag where you need it.
The Elite 1 is supplied with a stuff sack that can compress the bag down to just 22 by 16cm which makes it easy to carry whilst on the move. The mummy style helps to retain heat around your feet and the bag can also be shortened if necessary down to 175cm with clips.
